◆　商品錯誤

　　▸　收到的商品與購買的商品品項不同，請勿拆封使用，請聯繫工作室後寄回更換。

　　▸　商品錯誤換貨需全新未拆封（拆封視同購買）。

　　▸　待工作室收到商品退回後，才會進行換或補寄的動作。

◆　關於瑕疵

　　▸　瑕疵定義：印刷錯誤、明顯缺圖、明顯且可辨識之瑕疵、商品破損…等。

　　▸　如遇非工作室公告之瑕疵相關問題者，請聯繫工作室，將會再收到訊息後第一時間回覆以及進行後續處理。

　　▸　因商品有瑕疵，退換貨產生之運費皆由工作室自行吸收負擔，瑕疵換貨限同品項之商品。

◆　無法避免之商品微瑕及相關售後（包括但不限於）

 　以下情況無售後服務，請詳細閱讀後再決定是否下單

　　▸　商品切口裁剪輕微毛邊（圖案本身無問題者）

　　▸　黏性不佳：個人主觀／使用方式…等，每批商品製程不盡相同，無法就黏性不佳即自定義瑕疵

　　▸　因成捲塑封包裝，可能造成商品拆封使用／裁減時，視覺上呈現商品無法100%平放且略微彎曲者

　　▸　手工痕跡：若商品有手工包裝品項（紙膠帶包裝、卡片包裝…等），因無法避免手工痕跡，介意者請勿下單

　　▸　周邊作為贈品時，不予售後

　　▸　因個人完美主義而認定之小瑕疵，例如：因寄送過程產生極小的凹痕…等

◆　購買須知

　　▸　網站上如有提供示意圖或是實體照片，圖片皆有可能因拍攝時的光源、色溫或螢幕設定不同而產生色差，實際顏色以實品為準，無法接受色差者，請勿下單。

◆　PET材質及燙金工藝之特性

 　　▸　由於PET材質為塑料的關係，表面非常光滑且無毛細孔質，無法像和紙那樣粗糙可將油墨牢牢抓住，油墨主要是靠固化及表面張力的方式附著在PET表面，所以一旦墨經過破壞導致油墨和紙張中間有空氣進入，就很容易產生油墨剝離的現象。

 　　▸　若圖面上已有：摺痕／切割／破壞／劃刀痕或是使用其它家印廠紙膠帶疊圖黏貼（黏性不同），在撕下時的力道太快/強或角度不對時，皆有可能造成整區塊圖面與PET材質分離；在不破壞圖樣的情況下，基本撕貼都不會有問題。

 　　▸　盡量避免重複撕貼，多次撕貼易造成金箔掉落的發生。

 　　▸　燙金工藝在PET材質上印刷，會產生些許印刷痕跡、軌道痕跡或大面積稍微不平之情況，皆為正常現象；若燙金印刷面積較大，造成些許不均勻燙墨問題或是產生小氣泡，上述情況皆為正常現象。

 　　▸　上述情況皆屬於正常現象，並非瑕疵，故無法就此作賠償或退換貨，無法接受者，請勿下單。

 　　▸　The picture will be different depending on the light source, color temperature or screen setting. The actual color is subject to the actual product. If it is unacceptable, please do not place an order.

✦ PURCHASE GUIDELINE ✦ ️

 　　▸　PET (short for Polyethylene terephthalate, the chemical name of polyester), when extruded into a flat surface object, its smooth and poreless character make it inert to other materials,  such as ink.  Unlike PET, Washi's rough surface facilitate ink adhesion.  Whereas on PET, ink or image transfer through a curing process.  The cured ink film(that is, the graphical image) adheres onto the PET via surface tension.  Therefore, if the cured ink film is damaged and air pass between the film and the PET surface, ink peeling will be resulted. 

 　　▸　If there are creases/cuts/damages/scratch marks on the graphical images(ie, the cured ink film), when users try to overlay other MTs(of  different adhesiveness) on it, the act of tearing the top layer of MT may break the interlock between the cured ink film and the PET surface.  As a result, the graphical images may peel off.  Nonetheless, if the graphical images(ie, the cured ink film) are not impaired, our MTs will function properly under basic usage. 

 　　▸　Please reduce the time you tear off the masking tape to prevent the foil peel off.

 　　▸　Due to PET masking tapes are print on smooth surface , it is common that the ink peel off a little bit from the masking tape. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may caused you.

 　　▸　Since the above mentioned conditions are not cuased by defects in workmanship and materials, it is not covered by the warranty.  Please kindly take note BEFORE you place an order.

 ◆　商品拆箱全程錄影條件

　　▸　請勿一手持手機一手拆包裹作拍攝，以免造成晃動導致無法清晰可見。

　　▸　開箱前請轉動箱子（六面皆需露出），每一面至少停留2-3秒靜置，影片不可中斷。
